and Promotion In addition to promotional activities, the
AACPA conducts a general membership and several committee meetings,
in which participants cooperate for the betterment of the industry.
AACPA activities include:

Joint research and code work

Standardization of properties/language

Exhibition in major builders shows

Direction of inquiries to vendors

Development of suppliers for accessories
such as finishes, tools & anchors for AAC

We are the AACPA, a dynamic network of organizations and
individuals committed to the success of autoclaved aerated
concrete products. Our mission is to promote AAC products in
North America through research, education and standardization.
Goals
Our
primary aim is to promote the AAC industry in all aspects.
The ultimate goal is the mainstreaming of AAC in North American
construction. This goal will be realized when AAC is considered
as a building material for most commercial and residential
projects. Objectives include:
• Institution of codes pertaining to AAC
• Standardization of product and language
• Establishment of peripheral products and services
• Education of the building industry and public
• Joint marketing campaigns and exhibitions
